Easy to make shrimp rice recipe
Once you've tried this shrimp recipe, you'll never order take out again!
Shrimp Rice Recipe Directions
5 cups water
2 cups snow peas
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 red onion, diced
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1/3 cup parsley, minced
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs canola oil
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Shrimp Rice Recipe Directions
Put peas and water in a large saucepan and heat to a boil.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, and drain.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, stir together shrimp, rice, onion, pepper, parsley and peas.
For the dressing, whisk together the remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour over shrimp and rice.
Stir again to coat everything well, and serve.
