Shrimp Salad Rice

Who said that healthy shrimp food can't taste great?

Shrimp Salad Recipe Ingredients

1 lb small shrimp, cooked
½ cup cucumber, diced
1 tsp dried dill weed
2 tbs green onions, minced
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbs sour cream
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tbs anchovy paste
Salt and pepper to taste

Shrimp Salad Recipe Directions

Shrimp should be cooked, shelled, deveined and have their tails removed as well.

In a large bowl, stir together shrimp, cucumber, dill, onions and celery.
And then in a smaller bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing.
Pour dressing over the other ingredients and toss to coat and mix.
Let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
